| Cancellation & Courtesy Policy |
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, so the client before you can enjoy their full experience. If you must cancel or change your appointment time, please do so atleast 6 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Improper notice may result in a $25 courtesy fee or prepayment for future visits. If you are late for your visit, you are still responsible for your full service rate. Please expect your service to end at its pre-arranged scheduled time. Lost??? If you have problems with locating the office, please call so that you may directed accordingly. It is considered a no call/ no show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment and you did not provide notice that you are running late. You will not be rescheduled. Due to our vast clientele, courtesy is of utmost importance. There is a zero tolerance policy for no call no show. You will be encouraged to find another provider for your services. |
